Zoë Moody is a Professor at the “Haute école pédagogique du Valais” (HEP VS) and a researcher at the Interfaculty Centre for Children’s Rights at the University of Geneva. Her work focuses on the psychosocial development of children and adolescents in the school context and is conducted in the fields of psychology and education, with an emphasis on interdisciplinary approaches. Her current projects examine the psychological needs and rights of children in school settings, psychosocial skills, and school bullying. She is also engaged in epistemological and ethical reflection aimed at strengthening the theoretical and methodological foundations of research on and with children and young people.
Zoë Moody is President of the Swiss Society for Educational Research and Coordinator of the Children’s Rights and Education Research Network of the European Educational Research Association. She is also a member of several editorial boards, including the Exploration Series (Peter Lang), the Journal of Participatory Research Methods, and the Swiss Journal of Educational Sciences.
